50-Minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage Session

1. This service is exclusively designed for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatments for Body Detox and Advanced Post-Operative Recovery (for clients 21+ days after surgery; not intended for the initial recovery phase).

2. This session includes manual lymphatic drainage only and does not include any add-ons or device-based treatments.

Appointment Scheduling

1. All services require a pre-scheduled appointment. Walk-ins are accepted only if a therapist is available.

Check-In & Arrival

1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork.
2. If you arrive late, we will do our best to offer the full session; however, due to scheduling constraints, your service may be shortened.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations or Reschedule made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $40 added to the cost of the scheduled service.
2. As a courtesy to other clients, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Session Duration

1. To avoid delays for subsequent appointments, service durations may be abbreviated; please note that shortened sessions are billed at the full service rate.

Child & Companion Policy

1. Unsurpervised children are not permitted on the premises. If you must bring a young child, proper supervision by an additional caretaker is required.
2. Companions are not allowed during your session unless their presence is strictly necessary to assist you.

Conduct Guidelines

1. We ask that all guests maintain a quiet and respectful demeanor in the front desk and waiting areas to avoid disturbing ongoing sessions.

Service Expiration & Refunds

1. All services must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. Once a service is paid for, no refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel or reschedule.

Right of Admission

1. We reserve the right of admission to our space to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all clients.
2. The certificate purchased is non-transferable and must be used exclusively by the person who bought it.
