Microsoft Windows 11 is the current-generation desktop operating system from Microsoft. This Groupon deal provides a lifetime activation key for either Windows 11 Pro or Windows 11 Home — a one-time purchase tied to a single PC, with no subscription fees and no expiry date. Choose Pro for advanced security, remote management, and virtualization; choose Home for everyday computing with the modern Windows 11 interface.
Pro vs Home — Which do you need? Both editions are desktop operating systems, not application suites. They differ in enterprise/security features, not in core usability. If you work from home, use BitLocker drive encryption, need Remote Desktop to your PC, or run virtual machines, pick Pro. If you want a modern, secure Windows for everyday browsing, media, and productivity apps, Home is sufficient and identical in day-to-day experience.
