• Add up to 1 pound of Freon 410A for free (if your refrigerant level is low and needs filling to the proper level for optimal performance)
• Sanitize the return grills for free.
• Adjust airflow.
• Check filters.
• Clean condensate drain pans.
• Perform cooling system start-up.
• Test safety controls.
• Measure system pressure and temperature.
• Check motor amperage.
• Perform heating system start-up check.
• Check condenser coils.
• Inspect evaporator coil.
• Check thermostats.
• Check blower assembly.
• Lubricate moving parts if needed.
• Maintain a service log for three years.
• Monitor and analyze system performance.
• Check indoor air quality if necessary.
• Lubricate motor bearings if needed.
• Inspect drain pan.
• Inspect all electrical connections.
• Inspect contactor and relays.
