Fine Print

Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Residential structures up to two (2) stories with walkable roof pitch. Three-story structures, steep-slope roofs, and wood shake roofs are not eligible for the standard Packages and will receive a separately quoted maintenance proposal. Roof-mounted solar arrays, satellite equipment, and similar installations will be worked around; detachment or resetting of such equipment is excluded. Capstone may decline or discontinue any visit where access is unsafe or where roof conditions make maintenance work inadvisable. In that event the Member will receive the inspection report, the estimate, and a refund or credit consistent with Section 8. Sealant application is limited to two (2) tubes per visit; additional sealing work will be quoted separately. The package does not include: active leak repair; structural work; dry rot remediation; gutter repair or replacement; skylight or chimney replacement; or any work requiring material replacement beyond the minor resets described in Section 2. Conditions identified during the visit that exceed Package scope will be documented in the written report and quoted as a separate estimate. The Member is under no obligation to accept any estimate. The condition summary and roof report reflect visible, accessible conditions on the date of the visit only. They are not a guarantee against future leaks or failures and do not constitute a roof certification. The promotional (discount) value of a voucher expires on the date stated on the voucher; the amount actually paid never expires and may be applied toward the applicable Package or other Capstone services, consistent with applicable California law. Vouchers are transferable prior to redemption; membership benefits, once activated, attach to the Member and property and are not transferable. Appointments may be rescheduled by the Member with at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice at no charge. Missed appointments without notice may count as the included visit. Refund requests for unredeemed vouchers are handled under Groupon’s refund policy. After a visit has been completed, the Package is deemed fully redeemed. Capstone may modify program terms prospectively; the terms in effect at the time of purchase govern each Package. Valid for 6 months. Not valid with other offers or promotions.
