I was very satisfied with the service. The communication has room for improvement. It was challenging to schedule. The service provider texted me instead of calling. I did need to reschedule, I did not receive conformation. I texted the service provider the day of the rescheduled service and did not receive a response. He did arrive within the rescheduled time.

This company had many good reviews but I that was not my experiance. As soon as he arrived to told us our carpet was Berber -and it would cost more. Our carpet is not Berber and the the fact that he did not know that or just wanted to have a reason to charge me more is distrubing. Then he demanded cash - for the extra payment. I will not use this company again due this unprofessional conduct.

Guys! Honestly you people are the BEST! JO was one of the best guy I have yet met. I have been looking for a reliable Carpet Cleaning Company all across Charlotte and finally found these amazing guys!! From the owner to the last technician, they were all amazing. Their deep cleaning was AMAZING! My carpet looks brand new and smell awesome after days and days. I will use them from now on!!
