COMPLETE SCAM! Be warned. Their ad is very misleading. If you have any windows that open they count it as two panes. When trying to figure out why I was being billed for an additional $88 for their service they were pretty rude. If they would have discussed this to me prior to doing the additional work I would have probably approved it or chosen which 20 panes I would have had them do.

Easy enough to schedule, and nice job on the windows. Would only take cash for the balance, and unable to make change, which was somewhat inconvenient.
