What to know before your appointment

• Call  (212) 971-6100 to book your appointment. Online booking not accepted.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Tax and gratuity not included and will be required at check out.
• Credit card required at time of booking. A 24 hour notice is required for canceled or rescheduled appointments. Anything less than 24 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the original service.
• Outside vaping and e-cigarettes and outside food or drink is prohibited. Any clients found using these items could be subject to a cleaning fee.
