By way of incorporating multiple planes of motion, core work, strength training, plyometrics and calisthenics, we are able to maximize and improve body composition guaranteed.

All Bootcamp classes are 45 minutes long and is different every time. We have a lot of unique pieces of equipment that are joint-friendly and allow us to train unilaterally, bilaterally, and incorporate exercises working on many different planes of motion.
All skill levels are welcome.

About Catalyst Fitness
Since opening our doors back in 2013, we have been successfully providing customers with an incredibly efficient and enjoyable fitness experience. Catalyst bootcamp classes are specifically designed to keep you moving from start to finish, never repeating the same class twice. Classes range from explosive hiit style to heavier weight lifting, to cardio and plyometrics. Our top priority is to give customers a great workout that incorporates both functional and athletic movements while minimizing the risk of injury at all costs. Specific modifications of exercises will be implemented for anyone who needs them. With an amazing community of members compounded with constant variation in class style, Catalyst Fitness is guaranteed to create a positive fitness experience.
