Not a good time to have to take a phone in (Covid virus) but I was afraid the screen might totally go out. They were very careful, as was I, in getting phone in a bag out of the trunk of my car and then when he had to explain more he stood 6 feet away from my car. He was gloved and masked and we both sanitized the phone before giving to the other person. Took care of it in a expedient manner and I was back to my home being a "castaway" once more ha!
