Please, do not call us. Instead, please, send a text message to 212-960-8208 with 1) the first name on the voucher, 2) the last name on the voucher, 3) the voucher purchase date, 4) the requested date and the 5) the requested time. You can text us to check availability as well. You will always get a faster response with text messages. 

1 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED

Please, give us 1 hour notice when scheduling your tour. If you text us at 12:00 pm, the earliest time we can schedule your tour will be 1:00 pm.

MINIMUM 2 PASSENGER REQUIRED

Minimum 2 passengers are required for each tour start time. We can not schedule a tour with a single one passenger voucher. If you are only one person and would like to book, please, purchase two one passenger vouchers.

MAXIMUM 6 PASSENGERS ALLOWED

We do not accept bookings for more than 6 passengers for each tour start time.

Our office hours 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM everyday. Please, do not call or text us outside of our office hours because we will not be able to respond.

3 PASSENGER PEDICAB

Each pedicab can carry 3 passengers. Pedicabs are legally not allowed carry more than 3 passengers, including children. If you book for 3 passengers, you will be assigned 1 pedicab. If you book for 4 or more passengers, you will be assigned 2 pedicabs that will go side by side so your group will stay together.

WEIGHT LIMIT

The combined passenger weight limit of each pedicab is 570 pounds.

HOP OFF STOPS

The 55 minute tour has 3 assigned 5 minute hop off stops (to walk to the areas that can only be reached by walking and to take photos) : Bethesda Fountain, Cherry Hill and Strawberry Fields

The 85 minute tour has 5 assigned 5 hop off stops Conservatory Water, Bethesda Fountain, Cherry Hill and Strawberry Fields, Ladies Pavilion.

TIPS & GRATUITIES NOT INCLUDED

The voucher price does not include the tips and the gratuities. If you enjoy your tour, you can tip your driver.

FOLDABLE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABLE

You can bring one foldable wheelchair or walker. We will fold it and store it at the area between the driver seat and the passenger seat.

PETS ALLOWED

You can bring your cat or dog (your pet) to your tour Please, notify New York Pedicab Services if you have a larger dog.

RAIN CANCELLATIONS

We do not provide tours when it rains because it is not a pleasant experience. Instead, we propose a new tour date and time. If you are not available, we issue full refund. We decide rain cancellations only 2 hours before the scheduled tour start time. We have the full discretion to decide rain cancellations.
