About Chef Baba's Culinary Classes
His students call him “Chef Baba.” His Nonna taught him to cook. And now Chef Baba, honors graduate from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America & Florida International University, passes along the fine art of Italian cuisine in his brand new, clean kitchen in Boca Raton. If the client's family and friends are sick of their tired old burgers, dried-up pork chops, or mystery casseroles, this class can change their culinary life…and restore the appetites in their home! Chef Baba creates a classic Italian menu for each class. Perhaps the client will learn how to make a savory appetizer like grilled shrimp wrapped in delicate prosciutto or bruschetta. Maybe they’ll move on to a primo platti of clams and mussels, homemade tri-color ricotta gnocchi, ossobucco of veal, and a wonderful pesce like whole yellowtail snapper en papillote. Perhaps they will top it all off with a mouth-watering, homemade apple tart or fresh berry sabayon. Whatever the special menu for the client's class, their hands-on training will make them feel they’ve spent time with Nonna, too! His cooking classes have been receiving rave reviews. Worth being mentioned is also the fact that Chef Baba's Culinary Class won 2021 Best of Boca Raton recipient award.
