Reservation Required: Customers must book their slot via our website or receive written confirmation via email ([email protected]) at least 48 hours in advance. Walk-ins or unconfirmed vouchers will not be honored.

Class Schedule & Locations: Classes run regularly on Saturdays at our Lauderdale Lakes location and Fridays at our Delray Beach location. Because seating is limited to ensure an intimate experience, dates fill up quickly.

Voucher Expiration Policy: If you are having trouble finding an open date before your voucher expires, you must contact us via email BEFORE the expiration date to request a manual schedule extension. Expired vouchers without prior contact will not be eligible for rebooking.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: A 48-hour cancellation notice is strictly required. No-shows or cancellations made under 48 hours will result in the automatic forfeiture of the voucher.

Format Clarity: This is a chef demonstration and tasting format. It is not a fully hands-on workshop where guests cook at individual stations, but rather an educational and dining showcase.
