Customers please review: To reduce the number of no-shows among Groupon clients, it will be necessary for you or person booking the appointment MUST provide their redemption code or a screenshot of the voucher or a valid credit card must be added when booking on app. If a client or clients fail to show up, the voucher will be redeemable. All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card, and failure to confirm the appointment the 24 hours before via the automated message will result in cancellation. A late cancellation fee of $10 will still apply if the client is 15 minutes or more late, with no exceptions to this policy. Clients who do not show up will not be allowed to return until they have settled the no-show or late cancellation fee. (some exceptions apply). Thank you for being awesome! Consultation required before service. If you are ineligible, a refund will be provided. Subject to availability. Limit 1 per visit. May be repurchased every 60 days.
