Customers please review: To reduce the number of no-shows among Groupon clients, it will be necessary for you or person booking the appointment MUST provide their redemption code or a screenshot of the voucher or a valid credit card must be added when booking on app. If a client or clients fail to show up, the voucher will be redeemable. All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card, and failure to confirm the appointment the 24 hours before via the automated message will result in cancellation. A late cancellation fee of $10 will still apply if the client is 15 minutes or more late, with no exceptions to this policy.
