Called number, straight to voicemail several times. She called a week later and made me feel like an inconvenience from the start. Day before my appointment she canceled saying that one of her members took my spot. She was so off-putting when I offered new times. Gave her benefit of doubt. Said I was flying in day of new appt, but plane was ultimately delayed- wouldn’t work with me/redeemed my GRP
