What to Expect
Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the art of fine food and drink at Classic Cooking Academy. Upon arrival, they will settle into their seats, enjoy a refreshing drink, and meet the expert chefs who will guide them through the evening's multi-course menu. After an engaging overview, participants will move into the kitchen for quick, informative demonstrations of key culinary techniques.
Working in small, collaborative groups, guests will then apply their newfound skills to prepare different parts of a gourmet three-course dinner. Expert instructors are always on hand to offer guidance and insights. Once the cooking is complete, everyone returns to the dining room to savor their freshly created meal, accompanied by complimentary house wine and beer, making for a truly satisfying and delicious conclusion.
