We offer two types of cleaning services depending on your needs:

Deep Cleaning (for occupied homes):
Designed for homes that are currently lived in. Focuses on detailed cleaning of visible and accessible areas to maintain and refresh your living space.
Customers may choose 4, 6, or 8 hours of service depending on the size and condition of the home.
Service time is calculated as total labor hours.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning:
Designed for empty properties and involves more intensive cleaning, including inside cabinets, appliances (if accessible), and detailed preparation of the home.
This service is offered as a separate package and is based on property size and condition.

All services are based on standard home condition.
Heavily soiled properties, excessive buildup, pet hair, grease, or neglected areas may require additional time and extra charges.
Final scope of work is determined after on-site inspection.
If additional time is required to complete the service, it can be purchased separately.
Completion of all tasks is not guaranteed if the condition of the home requires more time than included in the selected service.

Expiration varies. Amount paid never expires.
Deep Cleaning does not include interior windows, oven, refrigerator, or professional carpet cleaning. Same-day appointments are not available. We do not clean mold, blood, biohazard materials, or excessive pet waste. Service time is calculated as total labor hours. For example, two cleaners working for two hours equal four total labor hours. The number of cleaners assigned is determined by availability and workflow efficiency. This service is intended for standard residential conditions. If the home’s condition is significantly worse than described or requires excessive labor beyond the purchased time, CleanFox reserves the right to reschedule, modify the scope of work, or decline service. Move-in and move-out cleaning services are offered under a separate package due to the amount of labor involved.Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: This service is more labor-intensive and varies significantly depending on the condition of the property. The listed price reflects standard conditions only. Heavily soiled homes, excessive buildup, or neglected properties will require additional time and will require additional time and extra charges. Final scope of work is determined upon arrival after inspection. Additional Charges: If additional time is required to complete the service, it can be purchased at an hourly rate. Final price may vary based on the actual condition of the property. Limit 1 per visit. May be repurchased every 30 days. Limit 3 per person. Valid only within 20 miles of zip code 89147.
