The technician was very Hanzi and in my space. He work really fast bumping into walls and furniture's. I organize my closet neatly moving items from the bedroom into the closets. After the appointment I noticed items in the closet were shuffled and turned over. Not sure why this was a case as a technician was not supposed to clean the closets.

The carpet was cleaned but the tech had a hard time controlling the water. Used every towels i had to clean up the water damage. I did not have an outside water source so he used my coupling on my washing machine.

This company was professional on time and provided excellent customer service. I was surprised however when there was an additional charge for three plus rooms it did not say that on the Groupon I was happy to pay the additional $25 for the additional room they did do an amazing job on the steam cleaning.
