Important Flight Details & Policies
To ensure a smooth, safe, and incredible journey into the "wild blue yonder," please keep the following in mind:
Check-In: Please arrive at our terminal (1000 Airport Rd, Mattaponi, VA) at least 15 minutes early for your check-in and pre-flight briefing.
Cabin Rules: For the safety and comfort of everyone, no food, drinks, alcoholic beverages, smoking, or pets are allowed inside the aircraft.
Weather & Scheduling: Aviation is highly dependent on safe weather conditions. Tours may need to be rescheduled at the pilot's discretion if the weather is uncooperative. If you need to change your reservation, a 24-hour rescheduling notice is strictly required to avoid forfeiting your flight.
