Booking

Reservation required — book online before arrival; no walk-ins. Book the exact class named in the redemption steps; a different class will be cancelled by the studio. One booking covers two people — do not book two seats. Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase; amount paid never expires. Limit 1 per person; may be repurchased every 30 days.

On the day

1142 W 18th St, Chicago, next to Bobijoa Korean Kitchen and across from Chicago Tattoo (some map apps still show the old address — use this one). No on-site parking; paid street parking only and limited, so allow extra time or take transit. Class begins 10 minutes after the scheduled start. Arrive more than 30 minutes late and you won't be admitted; a $15/ticket fee applies to move to another session. This is a shared public class, not private, and each couple shares one wheel — seating next to each other isn't guaranteed if you arrive late. Wheel throwing is messy: wear clothes you don't mind ruining. Cloth aprons provided; disposable aprons $1 at check-in. Staying past your session is $50/person/hour.

Your pieces

You'll make a piece on the wheel, but the studio can't guarantee every piece survives. A completed piece is greenware (unfired clay) — fragile, not waterproof, and not food-safe; treat it as a keepsake. For durability, firing starts at $5/piece, with glazing available for an added fee. Fired pieces are ready in about 30 days and held for 60. The studio doesn't call or text — pickup hours are posted on their Instagram.

Refunds

Refundable within 3 days of purchase, as long as the redemption code hasn't been viewed. Once you've booked with the studio, no refunds or rescheduling.
