Huge upsell to go after any stains. Expected at least a pretreatment and hot/steam extraction. Complete waste of money and could have done better with a unit rented from my local grocery store.

Expected a carpet cleaning truck to show up for, well, a carpet cleaning. Instead, a guy in a small car with one cleaning head attached to a hose (but no tank or other outlet for dirty water) arrived. The gentleman was friendly, professional, and on time. Which is good. But I’d say the service was more of a spot cleaning than an actual carpet cleaning. It took all of 20 minutes for him to “clean” the whole house. (Granted a very small, one-bedroom house.) He cleaned the spots and they disappeared for a while… but the carpet didn’t really look like it had been cleaned in general. The up side is that it didn’t take long for the carpet to dry. I tried to reserve judgment until after the carpet cleaning was done and dried completely. It took maybe a couple weeks before every single spot reappeared exactly as they were before and stayed that way ever since. My carpet is actually fairly new (about 2 years old). Any stains were fairly recent. Overall I am pretty disappointed in the service.
A Groupon is usually an opportunity for a lesser known company to get their foot in the door at an affordable price to showcase their quality products and/or service with the hopes they might gain a regular customer at the regular price later on. Unfortunately that did not happen in this case. I would not use them again.
