Our Small Group Sessions have a maximum of 12 people per session. It is a unique system that combines all the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training with the camaraderie and fun-atmosphere of group training.
If you're looking to lose weight, increase strength, or have more energy we have created the perfect program for you!
After purchase, please call 469-305-2598 to activate your pass. We will help you schedule your first class, to ensure we are not overbooked and maintain the 12 person maximum per class.
All classes must be booked in advance on the mindbody app, we will show you how to use it if you are unfamiliar with it.
The pass will activate on the day of the first class you attend and will be active for the next 6 consecutive days. You can come as often or as little as you'd like during that time period.

We specialize in helping people age 30+ lose fat, get stronger, and have more energy without fad diets, endless cardio, or high impact workout routines. We pride ourselves on all-access concierge level service to our clients! Both our group training sessions and our overall membership is limited in size, so we can ensure the highest level of service to our clients! All of our members receive our owner, Dr. John Dougherty's personal cell phone number, and can call or text anytime with any of their health and fitness related questions. It's like having your own personal health and fitness expert always on call! We are experts in helping busy professionals like you and have catered our workout programs toward your needs and availability. To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer training sessions 7 days a week, and can help you get great results in a little as 3 days/week!
