It was great the girls were so nice and she stayed and talked to me during the whole cryo therapy to take my mind off the cold! Before I knew it it was over! Felt great after and did the compression pants too!

Great experience! The ladies helped me feel at ease as I went through my first cryotherapy experience. The lymphatic drainage was also good. Would recommend to try if you haven’t.
