About Copper Cannon Distillery

One day, the owners of Copper Cannon Distillery made a trip to Ireland and several of its distilleries and after a few drinks, they got inspired to start their own. Now, Blake and Chris give tours of the place they built with their own hands and are happy to share the flavors with others. They specialize in all kinds of rum, but also in maple syrups and potato vodka.

A Quick Look

  • Barrel Aged Rum: has notes of vanilla and smoke and tastes similar to whiskey with the sweetness of rum; during the production, it stays in barrels for one year minimum.

  • Potato Vodka: made from locally-grown potatoes and has potato/pepper taste.

  • Maple Syrup: aged in used rum barrels, contains less than 2% of alcohol and tastes great on waffles and pancakes.
