Great job. Good work done quickly and on budget. The staff was tech savvy. The customer waiting area had a big comfy couch, desk, free WiFi. I was able to get some work done while waiting. Thanks

I waited for my brakes to be replaced. The waiting area was clean and they had free granola bars and some drinks available which were free. They estimated the wait to be about 1.5 hours. They finished in 2 hours. I was happy with the customer service and would return

I knew my car needed a lot of work and was looking for a new shop. Craftsman in Chantilly was great! I made an appointment online--super easy and confirmed very quickly--and my husband dropped the car off on his way to work. The work did take a little longer than expected but it's high quality work (much better than the last couple of places I've been), and my husband said that the facility was clean, professional, and extremely customer-friendly (great for those who have to wait in the lobby, pet-friendly if you need it). I think I found my new shop!
