CrossFit Coyote Valley has classes for everyone's schedule and is taught by our professional coaching staff. Our members enjoy a fully loaded and spacious 4000sq/ft gym our members have plenty of space to work out in classes that are led through each and every aspect. Classes range from weightlifting to Cardio and core burners to create a full-body workout each and every week pushing College Athletes to Grandparents to be their best in fitness and health.
