Professional instructors create the ultimate fitness experience with kickboxing or boxing
Group kickboxing Class (45 Min): Learn the basics, have fun and work out with our boxing and kickboxing fitness classes. Using circuit style training you are set up in one of a couple of training stations. You may be on a body weight station, a punching bag station or hitting the mitts (everyones favorite) as you begin your first 2 minute round. When the round is over you move on to the next designated training station in the circuit. Eventually making your way through all of the stations!
One-on-One Class (30 Min): A deeper look into the fundamentals. You learn the basics, have fun and get a great workout all in one. In a private session you can chose if you prefer a boxing or kickboxing style workout. Most of the workout is performed punching hand held pads used as targets by your coach.
pThese Boxing and Kickboxing lessons focus on effort and technique equally. Making sure that everybody is giving their best effort while being mindful of everyones abilities, experience and limitations. Our coaches provide a broad range exercises and alternative exercises to accommodate your individual needs. This means that every workout has alternative exercise options that keep everyone in mind./p
