Hector was great and tried to help align my vehicle as quickly as possible but needed a part to complete the job. The part was lost in transit for 4 hours. I had to come back the next day to get it put on and aligned. After job was done the owner/manager charged me an extra $15 for so called tax on the $60 Parts & Labor. No receipt was provided.
