I bought basic dryer vent cleaning. But they wanted me-to buy the full dryer vent cleaning - $120 more. I told them no I just wanted to clean from the outside vent. They cleaned out a small Amt of lint and said there was a stoppage and that I needed to do the full clean out and again I said no. Told them to get off my property. I unstopped it within 5 mins after they left. A rip-off company

The company did an overall good job. A couple of concerns were addressed and they were able to stay and resolve those concerns with our consent. First impressions mean a lot to me and the impression i was given did not go over well. They were over an hour late almost 2 hours actually and thats after a 4 hours possible time I was given they would show up. For that reason 3 stars is given.

Can’t recommend at all. Crew showed up to clean dryer for $55, then said that was for 1 direction only! If they had to go outside and clean from the opposite direction, it was another $99. Robbery! When finished, they didn’t clean up the floor very well. Then they asked to use our restroom so as to wash their hands. Well they did that, plus some. Needless to say, I had to clean. AVOID!

They only want in your house to up sell you. A complete waste on your money. I live in a small house and they wanted $1400 to really clean my system. When I said no they put on the pressure and dropped price to $1000. Don’t Do It !!!
