It is a worse keratin treatment I had so far: my hair went frizzy after a few weeks even so I had treated it carefully: it was not my first or second time I had a keratin treatment. I do not know if she uses a bad stuff or she applies it a wrong way but I prone to think that she had NOT invested enough to make it right.
