Yes. For 15-minute and 30-minute sessions, you'll receive a Square notification before Reiki begins so you may relax and prepare if desired. For 60-minute distance sessions, Sherron will call you to begin.
Do I need to participate?
For shorter sessions, you may relax during Reiki, but active participation is optional. The 60-minute distance session includes phone consultations.
How will I know when my session is complete?
You'll receive a Square notification confirming completion.
