Outside windows should have been hand washed. They sprayed slippery cleaner on floor mats. Missed a few spots on interior

The chain to move the cars down the line broke with my car half way thru the wash process. Was told they would have my car repeat the wash/wax but never did. Paid additional for wax. A lady did an excellent job of interior clean and applying external wax.
