What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We are a full-service mechanic shop. We offer state-of-the-art technology at small shop prices. But most of all, we are honest. We take pride in being the repair shop you can go to and feel safe. Our reviews tell our story.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Well honestly, we had different inspirations. For Kemmar, a 14-year master mechanic, the inspiration was creating a way to create opportunity and assistance to his extremely large family (hence the E-Klan (Emanuel Klan)).He works extremely hard in hopes of capturing a little of the American Dream. My motivation was all the times I got ripped off as a single woman/mother. I was and am obsessed with creating an environment that people with little or no auto knowledge can come to and be explained and shown what is going on with their car and most of all TREATED FAIRLY.

What do you love most about your job?

When people tell us or give us a review that says they won't go anywhere else. We know then that we are successful.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

A woman told me that she cried every time she had to get her car fixed because she knew she would get beat. She said Kemmar can go anywhere and she'll follow, that for the first time getting her car fixed doesn't give her anxiety. She knows he'll fix it right and our prices ROCK.
