Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Our martial arts and fitness classes at ECF keep our students motivated by no class ever being the same. Our students can expect to be challenged every day and every class.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I started ECF to spread the art of Muay Thai (Thai Kickboxing) to the American people. Along the way I realized that not everyone wants to learn the martial art of Muay Thai, but everyone would like to experience the physical fitness and mental wellness associated with training.
What do you love most about your job? I love seeing people gain confidence, physical fitness and mental wellness. Often people start training for one reason and see positive results in other areas of their life. I really love seeing a huge smile on a student’s face when they finish a class.
