Elevate Yoga Center is a full-spectrum studio that helps its students restore vitality, peace and balance in their lives through movement and meditation that’s accessible and even a little bit fun! The studio’s unique classes draw inspiration from the 5 elements of nature - earth, water, fire, air and space - to deliver a complete body-mind healing experience in every single class. Whether you’re an overachieving ‘A-type,’ a total giver or you’re just bogged down by your desk job - we have an experience waiting for you. EYC’s signature classes encourage students to try it all and find equanimity in their routine by inviting them to both burn up stagnant energy in vigorous, energizing Fire classes and practice nourishing, cooling rest in grounding Earth classes. A transformational practice is waiting for every person who walks through EYC’s door. Students can find energetic healing and a deep release in the studio’s Water classes, and a fun, playful experience in Air (aerial yoga) classes. The team at EYC is deeply respectful to the traditions of yoga, and students will gain real knowledge of the subtler elements of traditional practice - such as meditation, mantra (chanting) and mudra (hand gestures) in a fun, accessible environment.
