Many of the rides were closed. Many of the concessions and games were closed. The park was not well cared for and rides were inadequately staffed. I did share my concerns with the park and they offered to refund our money, but because the tickets were purchased through an outside vendor (Groupon), they could not issue a refund. They did offer three free passes available for use until the end of the season.

We went to the park on a low sensory day. We didn’t know that until we were inside the park. None of the lights or carnival noises were on. That was a little disappointing but the bigger issue was how poorly run the rides were. I go to a lot of amusement parks. Typically it take about 1-2 minutes to change out rides they took between 2-5 minutes! This doubles the wait times.
