I have purchased dozens of Groupons over the years. This was the first time I felt totally cheated. Zach wasn't rude or anything. In fact he was nice young man and gave me a few tips. But he gave me an $820 quote from my $29 Groupon. When I said no thanks, he negotiated down to $450 (cash only) because his credit card reader was down. Due to breathing and allergies issues I wanted to try to relieve myself of, I reluctantly agreed. A lot went wrong, including him showing me photos of other people's work which he initially claimed was mine, packing up and leaving before finishing because he was overbooked, but suddenly a cancellation arose when I would only pay for the half job he had done until he could return. He had the nerve to ask me to pay him in full and he would come back later to finish. He also failed to discount my services after charging me for a return that turned out not to be a return, so no work was done to it. Next year I will buy a shop vacuum and clean my own vents. $450 lesson learned!
