Specializing in deep tissue massage, emotional release massage, and energy massage therapy. My expertise extends to various other massage techniques including Swedish, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release Therapy (MFT), Polarity Therapy (PFT), and Spa. Each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients, ensuring a holistic experience that promotes relaxation and support to your healing journey. In addition to my massge services, I offer a selection of handmade oils and a variety of health and fitness classes such as a Heated stretch class, regular deep stretch class, boot camp, and lastly a women’s dance class.
