Pole- This class ranges from beginner fitness to advanced competition training. Learn the fundamentals—climbs, spins, transitions, inverts—and progress at your pace in a supportive space.
Lyra (Aerial Hoop)- Work in a suspended metal hoop to master tricks, transitions, mounts, and dismounts. Suitable for mixed levels—check the schedule for specific level classes.
Pole Silks- A fusion of pole and aerial silks that provides added support—think of it as practicing pole with a built-in safety harness. Great for building strength and confidence.
Power Hour- A high‑energy combination of strength training and cardio workouts both on and off aerial apparatuses—it builds stamina, tone, and overall body control.
Competition & Showcase Prep- Tailored rehearsal time with experienced coaches and peers. Focus on choreography, stage presence, and confidence to create a performance-ready routine.
Parties- Group classes built around fun—learn a beginner routine in heels, dance together, and capture memories in a celebratory environment. Booking required in advance.
Hell on Heels -Learn to strut, dance, and move confidently in heels. Safety and technique are prioritized—ankle‑strap heels are required.
Liquid Motion- Emphasizes fluid, sensual movement across the floor and pole. Comfortable layers and knee pads are recommended for safety and support.
Exotic Flow- High‑energy dance choreography featuring hair flips, heel clacks, and empowering moves designed to inspire confidence and expression.
Open Studio- Self‑guided practice time where students can refine technique, explore new tricks, or get extra training in their preferred aerial discipline.
Chair Dancing- A seated, choreographed routine that’s both fun and expressive—designed to entertain and empower, often reminding participants of burlesque‑style flow.
Twerk- A cardio‑forward, dance‑based workout focused on twerking techniques. Great calorie burner, often done in knee pads.
