❃ During each procedure, a laser technician wields the immobile Alma Harmony XL laser to reduce signs of aging. The skin-rejuvenating device shines low-energy broadband light onto faces to fade the appearance of brown spots, broken capillaries, and other forms of discoloration. Clients may experience minor discomfort during the procedure; however, the treatment does not require any downtime.
Guidelines for Consideration
❃ Valid for face only
❃ Service is limited to Fitzpatrick skin types 1–3 (lighter skin tones)
❃ A consultation is required, as some patients may need up to 4 weeks of pre-treatment depending on their skin and condition. Additional costs for pre-treatment may apply.
❃ Clients must avoid spray tans (30 days), antibiotics (14 days), and sun exposure (30 days before and after treatment).
❃ All requirements are reviewed during the consultation.
❃ Treatments are typically scheduled about 4 weeks after the initial consultation.
Practical Info
❃ $50 fee required for annual Good Faith Exam. In Tennessee, a Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a required clinical evaluation that must be performed by a licensed physician, physician assistant (PA), or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN/NP) prior to administering cosmetic medical services or treatments requiring prescriptions. It is a foundational standard of care, and is required annually.
