I started with Jovon almost a month ago. I am very pleased and am continuing to work with him. Our first meeting was to set goals, take measurements and weigh in. He is knowledgeable about fitness, very motivating and he pushes me to be better. The facility is clean and the other customers are nice and respectful when sharing equipment. I highly recommend Exercise Times as a fitness option.

Great Experience. Trainer is very good with helping with the proper equipment to use for certain area of the body. I just regret that I did not go to Exercise Times months ago.

Jovon is awesome. I was pushed harder than I’ve ever been in a workout and LOVE it. The gym is well-kept and open 24/7. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Took measurements, set goals, educated on diet and fitness. Training session was tough, but definitely needed to meet goals. Always motivating and encouraging! Positive attitude and energy!

Located in a private owned gym that has 24/7 hours. I am flexible with times and can provide proper training in getting to your fitness goals as well as maintaining your healthy lifestyle. Having a Masters in Sport Fitness, I am knowledgeable about getting to your goal!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I use what they have discussed with me in consultation to help motivate them towards their goals. Making it personal will help keep them motivated. I always stay enthusiastic with them.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was inspired by having a friend who became very sick and needed my help physically. Since then I have had this passion to help others whether it is for medical reasons or just wanting to feel good about themselves.

What do you love most about your job?
I love getting to know my clients and seeing them become excited about their fitness journey and love their results. I also love that being in this profession allows me to stay current with the fitness and health world.
