Late Arrival Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late of your scheduled start time, your flight will be considered cancelled without a refund. Late arrivals less than 10 minutes from scheduled start time may reduce your time in the simulator by the amount of time you are late.
Minimum Age in the Cockpit Area: 12 years old. This goes for observers as well as participants.
Children under 18: Must be accompanied by an adult.
Refunds and Cancellations: A minimum cancellation notice of 72 hours prior to your reservation date and time is required to receive an account credit to be used at a later date. Cancellations of a reservation with less than 72 hours' notice of the reservation date and time are non-refundable, and no-account credit will be given. If you need to reschedule inside our 72-hour policy, there will be a $25 charge. In the event of a no-show of your appointment no form of refund will be issued.
