I feel like I was scammed. They were unable to clean my ducts due to them being fiberglass. Fair enough. They cut into the space just above the unit, took a photo, and proceeded to tell me I had black mold. Apparently, that’s what the grey areas on the yellow fiberglass was. My options? Pay to have it sprayed for $140 which would only last a year. Or, replace the ducts for $6K. I wanted another opinion so I hired two other companies to inspect. Both said it was normal and just dust. One contractor went into the attic, cut into the ducts, and took a photo which showed all yellow fiberglass. No dust at all. Or mold for that matter.

The owners are rude, I purchased this voucher to help my mom. She is sick and needed her carpet cleaned. When the tech got there he started up selling. She only needed a carpet cleaning nothing more and nothing less. I called to speak to the manager and he was equally as rude. I suggest getting the services done elsewhere.
