About F.A.S.T. Academy
F.A.S.T. Academy is a sports-training facility, which aims to improve their athletes' strength, flexibility, and endurance through customized workouts. Partnered with a college sports recruiting service, F.A.S.T. Academy also strives to help students get a sports scholarship. Here are some of the training sessions the academy offers:
- Speed and Power Improvement: After the initial evaluation, which measures the athlete's functional stability, flexibility, and strength, professionals at F.A.S.T. Academy create an individualized improvement program that includes a workout plan and a nutritional plan.
- Heart Rate Classes: During interval-training classes, which include rowing, free weights, and TRX workouts, specialists monitor the athlete's heart rate.
- Basketball Skills: These 60-minute workouts focus on improving the footwork and passing skills as well as jumping through a series of functional exercises and drills.
