I was very impressed with the workmanship, courtesy and professionalism of Fair Cleaning Service. They called prior to my carpet cleaning to reconfirm that they were coming. Pavel wore cleaners ‘booties’ into the house and asked if anything needed a little extra care. They were also very accommodating with the Covid-19 situation and scheduling. A great job!

The service Guy was very nice, however the cleaning of the carpet was fair, I feel it could have been done better or maybe I should have done it myself.

very basic cleaning,OK. Just make sure you read the fine prints, they charged us $20 for 10 steps to bring the machine upstairs to clean rooms. I felt we were forced to pay the extra fee because we already paid for the rooms to be cleaned.
