Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment and retain your deposit for rescheduling.
• Providing adequate notice allows us to offer your time slot to someone else in need.

No-Show Policy

• Failing to cancel within 48 hours or not showing up at all will result in being charged the full price of the scheduled service.
• A “no-show” status will be recorded in our system, and you will receive an email requesting full payment for the missed service.

Rescheduling Policy

• If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment:

  • We can move your appointment to a new date.
  • However, if your original time slot is not filled, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost as a penalty.
  • Your new appointment will be charged at full price.

Late Arrivals & Missed Touch-Ups

• Arriving more than 30 minutes late is considered a missed or no-show appointment (including touch-ups).
• The artist will only proceed with the remaining time in your originally booked slot.
• If you miss your touch-up appointment, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee to book a new session.
