About Falbo Bros Pizzeria

Although the Falbo brothers borrowed some of their techniques from Chicago pizzerias and some from New York pizzerias, the pies spun at their pizza joint are completely their own. Pizza begin as dough, made every few hours and rolled by hand before being ladled with homemade sauce and strewn with toppings as varied as pepperoncini, barbecue sauce, and even tortilla chips. Whether ordering a thin-crust pie or a stuffed one measuring nearly two inches thick, guests can round out their feasts with hot wings and Italian-style hot subs. Cooks have even been know to whip up Falzones (Falbo's riff on a calzone), golden brown pockets stuffed with up to three toppings.
