You should not enter the trail, house or hayride if you suffer from physical ailments such as asthma or seizures or have any type of heart condition, are pregnant or have any form of mental disability including claustrophobia. The trail, hayride, haunted house, paintball, compound, parking lots and all other areas associated with the Field of Screams Maryland attraction are dark, uneven, steep, slippery, rocky and have tripping hazards and are at times dangerous and may present the potential for injury, damage to your property or even death. This is a primitive dirt area with trails and paths in darkened areas, forests and structures. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment that may include you being bumped, touched or struck by a prop or actor. Field of Screams is intended to be extremely scary and frightening and may not be suitable for young children or others. By entering the grounds of the Field of Screams event, you are agreeing to be electronically monitored and video taped which can be used in the marketing of our events or during any investigations, at the discretion of the Field of Screams Maryland and its owners, managers and operators. By entering the Field of Screams, you as a participant assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation. In addition, participants agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless OBGC, SHP Corp, their employees, agents, officers and directors, any organizers or sponsors of this event, for claim of bodily injury, property damage or other claim arising out of participation in this event, whether or not involving the negligence of OBGC or SHP Corp, its employees, agents, officers and directors, any organizers or sponsors of this event. Rain Checks: In case of rain we will honor your ticket on any other night from time of purchase through November 4, 2017. No refunds will be given due to rain.
