4 Personal Training Sessions

  • 4 small group personal training sessions to be used in 4 weeks from initial reservation.  
  • 8 different time options available throughout the week. 
  • 4-6max people in each group class.   
  • The class is a resistance-based class using a variety of machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, stability balls, bands, tubes, battle ropes and your own bodyweight.
  • Reservation is required due to class size.

Privates

  • Private sessions are 30 minutes each.
  • The training session is a resistance-based class using a variety of machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, stability balls, bands, tubes, battle ropes and your own bodyweight.
  • Allow 10-15 minutes on one session to complete the nutrition consultation.
  • To book privates, please send an introductory email with some time and day requests at info@fit-appeal.com.  
  • You will receive a reply within 12-24 hours.
