Sweat House OC is a Lagree Fitness studio which is performed on the Megaformer. The method is high intensity all while remaining low impact to keep your joints and bones safe. Classes are 50 minutes, full body workouts, that are paired with resistance, cardio, and strength training. All classes are all levels. Grip socks are required which can be purchased at the studio
