What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We offer one on one personal training in a private studio setting. We specialize in long term fitness programs for adults over 40 who seek overall lifestyle change. We set short and long term fitness goals and work with each individual to help them achieve them.
Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring? I have been a lifelong fitness enthusiast after experiencing a child hood illness. Exercise has allowed me to stay in control of my body as I age and mature. I share that passion with others.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I love working with people at each stage of life. With long term clients, we get to see them at each stage of the process and help them overcome obstacles as they embark on the lifelong journey of fitness and health.
What do you love most about your job? A calm realization is the best reaction. Beyond the wonder, excitement and amazement of overcoming illness, injury and aging, comes a calm realization that the best cure for illness and injury is prevention. A lifelong fitness lifestyle is the key to prevention of the effects of aging and deterioration of the body.
